  • Q: What are your hourly rates?

    A: For Residential Cleaning, we charge a minimum of $87.50 on Weekdays and a minimum of $100.00 on weekends.

    For commercial cleaning, airbnb/short term turnovers, emergency, move out/in, post construction cleanings and cleanings outside our service area pricing will vary.

    For general handyman labor, we charge a minimum of $100.00 for the first hour and $75 for each hour thereafter, billed at 15 minute increments.

    For electrical labor, we charge a minimum of $125 for the first hour and $100 for each hour thereafter, billed at 15 minute increments.

  • Q: Do you recommend any vendors for services you do not cover?

    A: Yes, we have a pretty good rolodex… just ask us for recommendations!

  • Q: What are your service hours?

    A: Monday through Sunday. Our hours will vary depending on Commercial or Residential accounts.

  • Q: Do you offer flat rate quotes for larger projects?

    A: Yes we do! For larger service requests, we oftentimes schedule a site visit to prepare an accurate, free quote.

    Our quotes for larger projects include material costs (Optional).

  • Q: Do you require deposits for larger projects?

    A:  Yes, for larger projects with flat fee estimates, we require a 50% deposit prior to beginning the job.

  • Q: Do you help with same day emergencies?

    A: We do not specialize in same day emergencies. If there is an opening in our schedule, we might be able to accommodate but we can’t guarantee it.

  • Q: How can I pay?

    A:  You can pay by cash, check, venmo, paypal, zelle,  ACH transfer, or credit/debit cards. We will need to hold a credit card for any service. There are no additional charges if you pay by ACH transfer or check.  If you pay by credit or debit card, a third party processing fee of 3.25% may apply.

  • Q: Are your services guaranteed?

    A:  All fixed rate projects and cleanings, yes, 100%

    We cannot guarantee any cleaning services scheduled on an hourly basis.

  • Q: Do I have to provide a credit card?

    A: Yes, all residential services will require a credit card on file for final confirmation.
