Common Questions

Q: What are your service hours?

A: Monday through Sunday. Our hours will vary depending on Commercial or Residential accounts.

Q: Are your services guaranteed?

A:  All fixed rate projects and cleanings, yes, 100%. We cannot guarantee any cleaning services scheduled on an hourly basis.

Q: Do you offer flat rate quotes for larger projects?

A: Yes we do! For larger service requests, we oftentimes schedule a site visit to prepare an accurate and free quote. Our quotes for larger projects may or may not include material costs (Optional).

Q: Do you recommend any vendors for services you do not cover?

A: Yes, we have a pretty good rolodex… just ask us for recommendations!

Q: Do you require deposits for larger projects?

A:  Yes, for larger projects with flat fee estimates, we require a 50% deposit prior to beginning the job. Some services will also require to be pre paid or we will hold a card on file.

Q: Do you help with same day emergencies?

A: We are happy to help with any emergencies you may have, however we do not specialize in same day emergencies. If there is an opening in our schedule, we might be able to accommodate but we can’t guarantee it.

Q: How can I pay?

A:  You can pay by Cash (Residential Only), Check, Venmo, Paypal (through the friends and family option), Zelle,  ACH transfer, or credit/debit cards. We will need to hold a credit card for any service. There are no additional charges if you pay by ACH transfer or check.  If you pay by credit or debit card, a third party processing fee of 3.99% will apply.

All our payment options are included on the lower section of the invoice. When payment details are provided, they are automatically encrypted by our merchant services provider and there will be a merchant services fee added on the final invoice. Only upon completion of the service is a final charge made and at this time we do provide a paid-invoice receipt via email.

Q: Do I have to provide a credit card?

A: Yes, all services will require a credit card on file for final confirmation.

Q: Do you send the same professional cleaner each time?

We assign the same cleaner to your account/office/home for a recurring cleaning service. If for any reason our cleaners are unavailable we make sure that your appointment is honored with another Morfin Cleaner.

Q: How do the cleaners access my office/facility/home?

Office/Commercial – We will go over keys, fobs, alarms and codes on our initial consultation visit. 

Residential – Let us know what works for you! We can access keys from a lockbox or key pad, obtain keys from the front desk or management office (on-site). If you would like to issue us a key for future cleanings, it can be handed directly to your cleaner.

Q: What about safety procedures?

All our staff wear a facemask during our services. Our staff has been trained and have product knowledge (degreasers, disinfectants, floor cleaners…). Please note a detailed scope of work will be provided for all our services.

Residential: Please note additional safety measures: Our cleaners won’t lift heavy or fragile items, they are also not to use any ladders, stepladders or stools. If you would like us to clean behind furniture or appliances, please move it in advance of our arrival.

Q: Do you clean tile grout or bathroom mold?

We clean bathrooms from top to bottom, however please keep in mind these tasks will incur in additional service time. If you require additional help, let us know and we can provide Tile & Grout Cleaning Services.

Q: How many cleaners can I expect?

We assign one cleaner per job for our flat-rate or hourly pricing. For jobs valued at $200 or more, we can make arrangements to send a team of 2 upon request.

Q: What happens in case of a late cancellation or no-show/lockout?

Because we organize and coordinate our appointments in advance, a late cancellation fee of $60 will be applied to commitments cancelled within 24 hours of the agreed upon appointment date. This fee also applies if our cleaners are unable to enter the home.

Q: Do you perform move-in or move-out cleanings?

We do! We offer fixed rate for this service and all cleaning supplies are included!

Q: Do you have any discounts for recurrent services?

Yes! Enjoy discounted rates depending on the recurrence.

Commercial Cleaning

Q: How often should I schedule a cleaning?

A: The frequency of commercial cleaning depends on various factors, including the size of your facility, foot traffic, industry standards, budget and your preferences. Common cleaning schedules include daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly services. We can also help you determine the ideal frequency based on your specific circumstances.

Q: Are the cleaning products and methods used safe for my employees and the environment?

A: We prioritize the use of eco-friendly and non-toxic cleaning products. We adhere to industry best practices to ensure the safety of your employees and minimize environmental impact. You can discuss your concerns about cleaning products and request information and safety data sheets to learn about their safety certifications.

A: We are fully insured and bonded!

A: We offer free quotes or/and on-site consultations. You can contact us by phone, email, or through our website to discuss your cleaning needs. We will assess your facility, discuss your requirements, and provide you with a customized quote or proposal.

Snow Removal

Q: What services are typically included in snow removal?

A: Snow removal services include:

  • Plowing or clearing snow from driveways, parking lots, and roadways.
  • Shoveling or snow blowing sidewalks and walkways.
  • Applying de-icing agents to prevent ice formation.
  • 24/7 emergency snow removal services during heavy snowfall or storms.

Q: How quickly will the snow removal service be provided after a snowfall?

A: The timing of snow removal services depends on the severity of the snowfall and the threshold set for your property (no tolerance, 2 inch min…). We dispatch as soon as we reach measurable snow. We prioritize high-traffic areas and aim to clear snow within a reasonable timeframe (under 24 hrs.), starting our operations immediately or early in the morning following a snow event.

Q: Can I schedule regular snow removal services in advance?

A: Yes, we offer seasonal and per occurrence contracts.  These contracts ensure that your property is regularly serviced after each snow event, and you have a predetermined schedule and pricing in place.

A: We utilize various equipment, depending on the property:
